Our Lady of Manaoag Montessori College Inc. (OLMA College) start operating since year 2000. Olma is the first school in Bulacan who offered the First Hotel & Restaurant Management course with a minimal number of students (12-15 students) on their first day of operation. The first area of OLMA’s building is in Wakas, Bocaue Bulacan, stayed there for about 3 years & transferred to its permanent OLMA’s building in San Juan, Balagtas Bulacan.
Chef Fernando Capili & Mrs. Mary Jane Capili, a loving couple, both with impeccable background in Hotel Industry are the main architect of OLMA’s educational career as an institution. Chef Fernando Capili, as a Hotelier has vast experience in Food & Beverage Management because he holds lot of positions from different Hotels & exclusive elite Membership Club in Manila Metropolis. He was able to manage Hotel in Spain for a couple of years which is considered very rare opportunities for an Asian to hold such high position in managing Hotel Establishment. After European stint in Marbella, Malaga Spain, for a couple of years which is considered very rare opportunities for an Asian to hold such high position in managing Hotel Establishment. After European stint in Marbella, Malaga Spain, he manages exclusive Membership Club in philippines. Mrs. Mary Jane Capili, an equally devoted wife, started working from well known car industries as Human Resources & then transferred to Hotel Industry were they both meet each other & the rest is History of OLMA’s beginning.
Our Lady of Manaog is Avant Garde in the field of Hospitality Management,Bread & Pastries & Culinary Arts. OLMA college as it is known to many, were able to produce so many graduates as Professional Chef who are now working in different Hotel & Restaurant all over the world, Though located outside of Manila, culinary students from different provinces such as Quezon City & Manila still students make their way to study in Bulacan (OLMA College- Culinary Arts) just to master a world class cooking & baking experience that OLMA Culinary Arts offers to Culinary community.
OLMA College though started small is now partnered with International Corporations dealing with internship in U.S.A, Canada & Australia.

Chef Ferdie ( as everybody calls him) is has vast working experience in Different kitchen operation in different international & foreign countries. OLMA Culinary Arts has been under Chef Ferdie supervision for almost Twenty Five Years (25) that transform hundreds or even thousand of Culinary Students to become well known Professional Chef Locally & Internationally.
